Rotary Carousel Horizontal Foam Slicer
Continuous Rotary Table Enables Batch Slicing for Multiple Foam Blocks
Carousel Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine
Rotary horizontal foam slicing machine designed for cutting multiple foam blocks continuously on a circular worktable.
Continuous Horizontal Foam Slicing
The Carousel Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine is equipped with a rotatable circular worktable that can accommodate multiple rectangular foam blocks at the same time.
During operation, the circular worktable continuously rotates while the main cutter slices the foam blocks.
After the cutting process is completed, the finished foam blocks can be removed from the worktable.
An optional air suction device can also be configured to help stabilize the foam during cutting and support improved cutting accuracy.
Machine Information
Continuous Rotary Foam Cutting
Circular Worktable
The machine uses a rotatable circular worktable for continuous foam cutting.
Multiple Foam Blocks
Multiple rectangular foam blocks can be placed on the worktable at the same time.
Continuous Rotation
The worktable rotates continuously during the cutting process.
Horizontal Slicing
The main cutter horizontally slices foam blocks as they rotate through the cutting area.
Rotary Worktable Cutting Structure
The circular platform continuously rotates during operation to move foam blocks through the cutting section.
Multiple rectangular foam blocks can be arranged on the platform simultaneously.
Continuous movement of the worktable allows the main cutter to slice foam during platform rotation.
After the cutting cycle is completed, the processed foam blocks can be removed from the circular worktable.
Carousel Foam Cutting Workflow
Foam blocks are placed on the circular worktable.
The circular platform continuously rotates during operation.
The main cutter slices the foam blocks during rotation.
Finished foam blocks are removed after cutting is complete.
The machine uses the rotating circular worktable and main cutting system for continuous horizontal foam slicing.
An air suction system can be selected to help hold the foam more securely on the worktable, supporting improved stability and cutting accuracy.
Carousel Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine
The Carousel Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine combines a rotatable circular worktable with continuous horizontal slicing, allowing multiple rectangular foam blocks to be processed during one cutting cycle. An optional air suction device can be configured to improve foam stability and cutting accuracy.
