An integrated solution for crushing waste foam, automatic weighing, material conveying, glue mixing and hydraulic rebonding, designed for efficient recycling and production of rebonded foam blocks.
Product Overview
The foam crushing and rebonding production line processes waste foam into small foam granules through the crushing machine. The crushed foam is blown into the storage tank and automatically weighed through the weighing system.
After weighing, the blower transfers the foam granules into the mixing tank of the rebonding machine. The foam is then thoroughly mixed with adhesive to ensure even glue distribution. Finally, the hydraulic system and mould are used to compress and form the material into rebonded foam blocks.
Working Process
Foam Crushing
Waste foam materials are crushed into small and relatively uniform foam granules.
Storage & Weighing
Crushed foam particles are conveyed into the storage tank and weighed according to the required production ratio.
Mixing With Adhesive
Foam granules are transferred into the mixing tank and evenly mixed with adhesive.
Hydraulic Rebonding
The mixed material is compressed and formed inside the mould by the hydraulic system to produce rebonded foam blocks.
