Waste Foam Recycling & Rebonding Solution
The foam crushing machine crushes waste foam into small foam granules and transfers the material into the storage tank through an air blower.
The material is weighed by the weighing system installed on the tank and then transferred into the mixing tank of the rebonding machine.
Inside the mixing system, the foam granules are mixed evenly with adhesive. The hydraulic system and mould are then used to produce rebonded sponge blocks.
Production Process
Waste foam is crushed into small foam granules.
