Foaming Machine Maintenance and Care Guide

Our recycled-foam foaming machine is a newly developed product that is more efficient than other machines and saves steam. It is widely applicable and performs well. Here are the maintenance points to note.

  • Keep electrical equipment clean and prevent oil, water and dust from entering.
  • Ensure proper earthing; clean oil or rust off the earthing screw face at any time.
  • Regularly check the sensitivity of all contacts and interlock devices.

Daily maintenance for normal operation covers five main aspects. First, remove rust and dirt from the machine, especially on the running and lifting parts, as even small residues cause wear. Second, check the bearings, especially those of the cutting wheel, and add grease regularly. Third and fourth, check the gear transmission and reducer, and add lubricant to prevent seizing. Fifth, because the brake device controls foam-cutting thickness accuracy, check the brake motor’s brake device regularly to ensure precise cutting.
