Long Foam Block Cutting Solution
The Foam Block Cutter is designed for cutting long foam blocks produced by continuous foaming lines and is commonly used together with continuous foam production equipment.
Cutting length is digitally controlled to support accurate cutting dimensions during production.
The machine adopts a double-sided cutting structure with a knife belt and is equipped with a protective knife box. The motor drives the knife-box assembly to move left and right during foam cutting.
The synchronous walking system uses a frequency converter to synchronize movement of the front conveyor belt, helping achieve synchronized foam conveying and cutting.

Foam Block Cutter
Designed for continuous foam production lines, the Foam Block Cutter combines digital cutting-length control, double-sided knife-belt cutting, synchronized conveyor movement, a Taiwan Wanxin motor and Mitsubishi PLC control. The machine supports a cutting width of 2.3 m, cutting length over 1.3 m and cutting height of 1.3 m.
