- Feeding and mixing: feed the metered cement, foaming agent and foam stabiliser into the mixer and dry-mix for 30 seconds.
- Stirring: add metered warm water and wet-mix for 2 minutes, then add the metered foaming agent and stir for 8–15 seconds.
- Moulding and foaming: pour the slurry into the mould, where foaming takes about 3–5 minutes.
- Initial curing: after moulding, let it stand for several hours for initial curing.
- Demoulding: demould once the foam cement insulation board has set and gained initial strength.
- Cutting: cut the demoulded blank to the required size by adjusting the cutting blade.
- Finished-product curing: cure the board for no less than 7 days.
