Continuous Horizontal Foam Slicing
The Carousel Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine is equipped with a rotatable circular worktable that can accommodate multiple rectangular foam blocks at the same time.
During operation, the circular worktable continuously rotates while the main cutter slices the foam blocks.
After the cutting process is completed, the finished foam blocks can be removed from the worktable.
An optional air suction device can also be configured to help stabilize the foam during cutting and support improved cutting accuracy.
