Our continuous foam production line uses a Mitsubishi PLC and a large 10.4-inch HMI for simpler, more flexible and more visual control. Mitsubishi inverters provide stepless speed regulation for every section of the line, producing foam that is uniform and flat with minimal waste, while the operation is simple and easy to learn.
The quality of the foam is what matters most. Our continuous foaming line has been continuously upgraded based on customer feedback, and now runs smoothly with a very high level of automation, producing foam whose quality exactly matches expectations.
Compared with traditional foaming machines, the continuous line is several times more efficient and produces foam that is even from top to bottom, avoiding the defect of high bottom density and low top density. The cutting machine can set the foam cutting length according to your needs.
The humanised control system calculates foam density and dimensions from set parameters, automatically adjusts the six-level lifting, meters the actual amount of each material and adjusts as needed, and monitors system operation in real time. Up to hundreds of recipe files can be stored and recalled or modified at any time. After each run, the system automatically cleans the mixing head to prevent residue from clogging or corroding it, ready for the next production.
